We specialize in branded clothing and ship worldwide. In order to ensure transparency, we suggest our customers go through our Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) carefully before making purchases. We work very hard to provide good customer services and we welcome any questions or suggestions that customers might have.
While browsing through our website and in most cases upon purchasing products, customers would be prompted to agree to T&Cs outlined. These T&Cs are designed to ensure customers have an enriched experience while also shopping safely & securely.

We store our customer's name & e-mail for marketing purposes only and in such cases we ask our customers before we add their data to our marketing and campaigning lists. All personnel hired by Paklinen have to sign confidentiality agreements which prohibit them from revealing any personal information of our customers to any other entities or personel.
Paklinen provides complete tracking information to customers when their order has been shipped. This information is provided through email.
In some circumstances, some products may not be upto our customer requirements, which is why we are offer trouble-free returns. Examples of these are as listed below:
- In case of any problems with size, color and quality, customers can notify us and can also utilize our returns option.
- Returns will not be entertained if received later than 15 days after the product's original delivery date.
- Every item should be returned in its original, unwashed, smoke-free and unworn condition.
- Returns are not applicable to sale items.
- Actual shipment fee is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Unsatisfied customers with a valid reason can return a product but they'll have to ship back the original product to our returns department. We will refund their amount after receiving the product. (A refund might take upto 20 Days to show up)
