This line means that client can either select shalwar or trousers(pants) by using our custom size form.

 

Can I modify the color and look of apparels which are shown in pictures?

Yes, we give an opportunity to all of our clients to provide designs of their own without any additional cost. Let’s suppose, if the dress is in half sleeves and the client's demand is to make this dress full sleeves or sleeveless then we can alter order accordingly.

 

Can I return the custom made apparels?

Custom made apparels are not easily refundable as they are unique to a single customer unless there is a defect in them. For complete details read our return policy.

 

What are the washing directions of the apparels?

Men’s wear

Men’s shalwar kameez along with machine embellishment are easily washable in machine.

Prince suits and sherwani are dry clean only.

The waist coat or pant coat suits are dry cleaned / hand washed.

 

Women’s wear

Mostly women causal apparels are machine washable except hand embellished ones. Hand washing is recommended on embroidered clothing. 

Wedding dresses, lehngas, party and semi-party apparels along with hand embellished dresses should only be dry cleaned for best results.

 

The color theme of apparel which I received in faintly diverse as compared to all those dresses which are shown on website, why it is different?

Sometimes the final dress is slightly diverse in shade as so many factors are involved. Some factors are given under below.

It is not always possible to achieve exact shades of color each time due to a variance in raw materials.

Colour settings vary on different screens. Color shades which are visible on one screen may appear slightly different on another screen.

 

Do you ship the original designers winter/summer, chiffon, cotton lawn suits or the master copies of such designer’s suits are accessible?

Yes, we ship only 100% original and genuine designer chiffon suits, cotton lawn or winter /summer suits as our company strictly follows a no replica policy. All apparels are bought directly from manufacturers. If a designer’s name is mentioned in the description of an apparel, it is guaranteed to be from the designer and 100% original.


Are suits listed in your “Designer party Apparels” section made by all famous and original designers?

No, the apparels which are listed in our “Designer Party Dresses” section only are not made by original designers. The pictures which are displayed on our website are taken from different sources.

These designer apparels are duplicated by our professional and expert designers. In most of the cases, anyone can hardly see the difference (in some of the cases, up to 90% resemblance is possible). This process, on the other hand, provides an awesome cost benefit to our loyal and faithful clients. It cuts the price to half or similar with materials, workmanship and quality.

 

What are your shipping rates for worldwide delivery?

No, since the time it takes to make both custom size and standard size options remains the same.

How long it will take for the order to reach the clients destination?

Apparels which are custom made will take 2-3 weeks to be ready. Once the clients order is dispatched, then courier service method will take 3-4 working days as well as Express Mail service will take further 7-8 working days for the worldwide deliveries. Let’s suppose, if client select the express mail shipping method then their postage will be delivered to them within 3-4 weeks.
